We had a "Snow Day" in Tucson today -- no school!

The snow began yesterday...big, fat, fluffy flakes falling from the sky. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of it until after dark, so didn't get any photos. But some of it lasted overnight; here are a few shots!

We first discovered the snow on the deck...

Aren't those rooftops usually brown?

It dusted the cactus...

...and iced the trees...

It covered the Catalina Mountains...

...with lots of fog at the base!
