Coral Pink Sand Dunes

In October, we visited Coral Pink Sand Dunes, a Utah state park just north of Kanab. The coral-colored sand originates from the reddish sandstone characteristic of the area. It is a beautiful landscape, with blue skies, deep green juniper and pinyon pine trees and brush, and pink-orange sand. And, it's fun to play in! |
